How Secure is your Online Ordering? All orders are processed externally via Paypal Pay Pal has an excellent reputation for making payments on the internet and have robust security and fraud protection. What name appears on my Paypal account for payments via Paypal?
Rachel Salmon will appear on your account when you place an order with us via Paypal If you have any queries regarding your Paypal payment please email Chuls Creations at rachel.salmon1@tiscali.co.uk quoting your Paypal transaction ID in the message.

My Paypal payment hasn't worked what do I do?

If your Paypal instant online payment has failed the Paypal website should explain why. This will usually be due to an error with the card/bank account details you have set up with Paypal. We will not be notified of any failed payment attempts via Paypal and no money will be transferred - we are only notified of successful payments via Paypal i.e when the money has been transferred to our account. If you are worried about a payment please email rachel.salmon1@tiscali.co.uk
quoting your Paypal transaction ID in the message - if you don't have a Paypal transaction ID no money will have been transferred.

What happens if I want to make a purchase from another country?

Please contact us direct regards postage and we will arrange this seperately.  Paypal should automatically calculate the costs in your country's currency using the current exchange rate. Paypal supports multiple currencies. If you are experiencing problems paying with a different currency please email  rachel.salmon1@tiscali.co.uk


How will I know when my order has been dispatched?

An e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched. If you would like an update on your order please email rachel.salmon1@tiscali.co.uk quoting either the Paypal transaction ID  in the message.

How quickly will I receive my order?

All our Jewellery is hand-made so there may be a delay before your order is dispatched. If there are any significant delays in making your order we will contact you via e-mail. Once dispatched, delivery to the UK mainland should take 1-2 working days. If you haven't received your order and are worried it may be lost please email at rachel.salmon1@tiscali.co.uk
 
How do I track an order?
If you paid for your order via Paypal we will send you an e-mail when your item has been dispatched. If you have requested signed for delivery I will quote the postage tracking number in your despatch e mail.
 
On my delivery note a fee amount is shown - what is this?  
The fee ammount Paypal have charged us for handling the transaction, you are not charged for it. If you are worried about a payment please email quoting your Paypal transaction ID in the message

How quickly do you answer queries?

If you contact us
we aim to respond to your query within 24 hours

RETURNS POLICY


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If it is not what you wanted then please email
for return address details.

  • Every order will ship with a delivery note/receipt before contacting us please check your order against the delivery note.

  • Postage and packaging is not refundable unless we have made a mistake with your order or your item has arrived damaged.

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of receipt in good condition and in their original packaging or equivalent. 
  • If items arrive damaged then please email straight away.
